Refund policy

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time; the plan stays active to the end of the paid period. We refund in full if nothing has been generated in the current period and you ask within 14 days of payment.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been spent cannot be refunded.

Marketplace books

Because a sample is available before buying, book purchases are final, except where the book is removed for breaching our terms, in which case the credits are returned.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
